Loctite Glue Remover, Transparent, 5 g

This worked amazing at removing a hole tube of superglue from my laminate floor. Just put it on leave for a while and it wipes away

Brilliant product.

Wasn't quite what I wanted. I thought it was super glue remover.

Used it to remove super glue which ended up on a vinyl floor. It removed the glue completly which was great. There really isnt alot in the tube so ordered another one to finish the job which wasnt a huge area.

Whilst the product is called "Glue Remover" it is clearly advertised as being a de-bonder. Whilst it might well remove excess glue that has been applied to surfaces where it wasn't wanted it doesn't seem to be particularly useful as a de-bonder.That's because the product is a gel and doesn't run or penetrate. As such, it's not possible to get it to flow into a bonded joint and so it cannot get to the glued surfaces to de-bond them.In short: if you've managed to get glue all over the place, which has now set, and you want to remove it and I'm sure the product will work. If you want this to unstick things that are firmly stuck together it will not do this. I've tried to de-bond three items, two were metal to metal bonds and one was plastic to metal. In all cases the de-bonder did precisely nothing.

We took a chance on buying as bought similar in the past which were a waste of money. Happy to say this wasn't 1 of them. It worked perfectly on our kitchen worktop, removing the super glue which had badly marked it. Only draw back is it's only a small tube so will run out fast. Good value though & arrived quickly.

Does not do the work at all. Waste of money.

I must admit I purchased this with significant scepticism, a last resort if you will, a huge super glue mistake over a garment I really like. I followed the instructions last night and it worked a treat no damage, I'm delighted and highly recommend this product brilliant stuff.
