These are very effective following an intense workout at the gym; these do help with muscular recovery times and have given me a slight boost during my workouts. No signs of bloating or discomfort!

The media could not be loaded. These easy to swallow capsules are a much more convenient way to take HMB on an accurate regular dosage.The first day had noticed a vast difference in stamina, overall improvement of physical health.They're great value and looking forward in getting stocked up.Extremely pleased with these health tablets.

Instructions not clear
The instructions state one or two tablets three times daily, but do not state the percentage of HMB per tablet.This question was quickly answered on site. ie. 2 tablets = 1g of HMB.My husband has been recommended to take 3gm HMB daily.Otherwise I would have given the product stars.Suggest that contents per tablets should be shown on the website and/or on the labelling of the product.
