After just a few weeks of use, with proper maintenance, the battery on this no longer works. It can do a single cycle before dying, 2 cycles are recommended to remove all pesticides, and a full charge should allow 30 uses before recharging.Reached out to the manufacturer for assistance as the included instructions indicate a 90 day warranty and was informed only the 30 day Amazon return window applies.This could be a great product, but needs to work as described. We did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews to choose this brand and are so disappointed that it didn’t last at all.

I really love this product. I've been using it since before it became available on Amazon. I feel like it cleans my fruits and veggies and they taste so much better..however, I've had several of them because they have had to be replaced due to it suddenly stopping or it won't charge. The first 2 times I replaced it via customer service since it was under warranty and they really make you provide so much info before they will consider replacing it but they did replace it once and the second I had to buy a new one because they wouldn't replace it dueto it being a couple of days out of warranty. It's just a bit to pricey for me to buy every time it stops working. It rusts easily also. But it works so well it's still my favorite.

I saw the AquaPure from my friend's home and I was really intrigued! She has a spare one so I borrowed it for a few days to try out. In fact, I ordered mine right after Day 2! The AquaPure definitely cleans well as evidenced by the residual water and the way the food feels after the 5-minute cycle. You can see from the waster water that it gets pretty gross even after a standard wash.What completely surprised me is how much more flavorful things taste after washing. I tried with fruit like berries, peaches, nectarines, vegetables like zucchini, cucumber, tomato, broccoli, cauliflower, and even the "ready-to-go" lettuce in the bags and clamshell containers.Clean up of the AquaPure is also very simple: mildly disassemble (two parts), rinse and air dry. Reassembly takes one minute. I absolutely love this little device and it is worth every cent!

I purchased this item back in February of 2023. I had no problems with it until April of this year 2024. It simply stopped working during a cleaning cycle. I contacted AquaPure's customer support to find out if they could help me troubleshoot the problem. Unfortunately, they were only able to tell me to do a reset which did not work and that I could purchase a new one with a 10% off code since I was outside the warranty period. I would have to order directly through them. This item is a bit to pricey for it to stop working just outside of the warranty period. I decline to purchase another one. If you decide to purchase this, it's easy to use and charging is easy. Its small in size and i would say not so great quality. Don't count on it working past a year.

I had this item for over a year to use for cleaning mainly strawberries which is supposedly have the most pesticide. Only complaint I have is the charging which doesn’t work well. The charging was an issue after just a few uses. I dread everything I have to charge because it takes like 5-10 mins of fidgeting around the charge cable.
