These Dalstrong kitchen scissors are excellent quality and feel very solid right out of the box. The Japanese stainless steel blades are extremely sharp and cut through everything with ease—from herbs and vegetables to meat packaging and even tougher items like poultry bones. The scissors feel well-balanced and comfortable to use, even for longer prep sessions. I really appreciate that they’re ambidextrous, making them easy to handle whether you’re right- or left-handed. The grip is secure and doesn’t slip, even when my hands are wet. They’re easy to take apart for thorough cleaning, which is a big plus for kitchen hygiene. The build quality is exactly what I’d expect from Dalstrong—durable, professional, and designed to last. If you’re looking for a reliable, heavy-duty pair of kitchen shears that can handle daily use, these are a great investment. Highly recommend!

Son las tijeras más rudas que he visto, la verdad pensé que serían más grandes pero comparando aunque la cuchilla debería ser más grande el mango si es el más comodo y entré más cómodo cortas los alimentos (y las manualidades) mucho mejor. Me encanta que sea muy fácil de separar y que como todo producto Dalstrong la calidad de armado es altísima.

Ces ciseaux de cuisine entièrement faits en acier inoxydable sont d’une qualité remarquable. Ils se détachent facilement en deux parties, ce qui les rend très simples à nettoyer. Ils coupent parfaitement, se prennent bien en main, et comme ils sont faits entièrement en métal, il n’y a aucune partie qui risque de se détériorer avec le temps. Franchement, les meilleurs ciseaux de cuisine que j’ai achetés jusqu’à présent. Je suis vraiment satisfait !
