I must have read the description wrong...3' fencing...fits, 4'&5' nope. Will say, it's well built, and strong. Get good round or flat bar to use with it and it'll work with the taller fencing.

This is not a very strong tool. To be fair- I tried to use it on chainlink. Hooks are nowhere near spaced right to fit chain link. Hooks are also to short and small diameter to pull much weight.It would be perfect for lighter type fencing for lawn, garden type stuff.

Long term farmer here but never really mess with chain link fence. Huge tree fell and what would have been several hundred dollars for someone to come out, I patched it for 20% of the cost and it looks great. Couldn’t have done it without the stretcher. Very easy to use. Even for a rookie. Ours is 6’ fence. It was so easy I am installing 4’ chain link around a few pens now as I was alwas a little intimidated by chain link and used other fencing methods.
