A diabetic’s dream!
I ration these as they are not as cheap as the sugar based equivalent, but really delicious! As they are individually wrapped that helps my self discipline!

Tastes great but as with all these sugar alcohols sugar substitutes you need to learn to practice restraint and moderation, they may be fine for not having a GI but if you want your GI tract to remain comfortable restraint is a necessity.

Downside it’s close to expiry date but item itself tastes good for a zero sugar and aspartame free .

OK I guess
As being pre type 2, as do like chocolate, they were OK, just like with most sugar free items, bit on expensive side for what you get.
