I got the bike and absolutely loved it it’s a very functional bike and very pretty but unfortunately if broke pretty fast and when I emailed the company they were really nice and had great service they ended up sending me a whole new bike. I’m very happy with their customer service thank you!!

Very easy to manipulate. Good materials. So far adjustment is excellent for my child hight.

Both cable adjustment mechanisms broke/detached within 4 rides and now unusable since it can’t steer. Realized while attempting to figure out what was wrong that the bike handles were faulty and attached reverse because the maker put a part backwards. Really poorly built but now probably too late to get a refund since I purchased it in January.

Great for children to start learning to ride bike

Cycle is really good and well built. It looks really good as well. My kid loves it. Recently we missed one of the pedal and when I messaged the customer service, they immediately shipped a set of pedal for free even though we messaged after a year from purchase. Truly appreciated

Love that it can be adjusted to fit age and skills. My daughter loved it. It feels durable and of quality. The instructions were a bit confusing, but we figured out how to put it together in about 20 minutes. She's not tall enough to reach the pedals yet, but did great just cruising along!
