HERSHEY'S Natural Unsweetened Cocoa, 8 Ounce

This is 100% cocoa not chocolate so its extremely bitter as this is how it is in its natural form. This not withstanding mixed with a natural sweetener like stevia and almond milk, it's magical, very low in calories and fat and probably more deliciously chocolatey than your regular sugar loaded gunk

This is great for my KETO diet since it has 3% carbs. Unlike the stuff you get in the grocery store which contains a lot of added ingridents. Really bitter. Overall great. Just wish they do it in larger sizes so I dont need to keep repurchasing

Absolutely fantastic especially for anyone doing Keto or diabetics I have used this and a little goes a very long way so don’t be put off by the size as you only need a small amount. End product a chocolate marble cake was delicious.

It took a few attempts to get the amount of this unsweetened cocoa powder right in accordance with my taste requirements. For me, I like to gently simmer a half pint - the capacity of the cup - of milk in a small saucepan on my cooking hob with a few drops of vanilla essence added. I then add one heaped tablespoon of the cocoa powder - when the milk is just beginning to bubble - and stir - along with a pinch of stevia sweetener granules - until the drink is smoothly blended. That's the way that I prepare it to my taste. Other people's choices of methods may differ but I like my cocoa drink to be a mild and milky. I really appreciate that it is sold in an unsweetened form so that I can control what I add as my own chosen sweetener. I've yet to try it out as an occasionally added ingredient to my favourite ground coffee in my french press, but it is definitely a welcomed product in my kitchen if I'm just making a cup of cocoa. I shall be buying more now that I've found the cocoa powder that I definitely like Eamonn

Used this to make choco lava cake and it came out really good. No funny taste, so overall happy with my purchase.

Love it. Although a little bit expensive considering the size. But the taste is alright.
