Ready to use
I plan to use these at my daughter’s outdoor wedding ceremony. I was pleased that they arrived with the tassel attached and in a little bag. They are ready to hand out at the wedding. I tried a few and they seem to be a great quantity for use at a wedding. They create a slight breeze and don’t make noise as they are used.

These are great, they all come in individual baggy’s. The only thing I didn’t like is that they all have tassels on them that I went through and individually removed.

Bought these for an outdoor wedding in August. It was HOT and these were perfect! Many guests commented on how great they were.
