It works great.
I needed this to go into the c-port of work laptop to go to some older monitors that had no c-ports, but had display ports. Its works great and I end up with 3 seperate screens, the laptop and the 2 monitors.

Used on two TV's side by side to share a large spreadsheet across both screens.

POOR QUALITY - adapter gets VERY HOT and monitors keep turning off
I am using this adapter to connect my Microsoft Surface Book 2 Laptop to two external monitors (16 and 18 inch). This adapter gets REALLY HOT very quickly and cannot continuously support my two monitors. Every 5-10 minutes, both monitors will turn off and takes a few seconds to turn back on. This has made everyday work extremely annoying.It is too late for me to return this poor quality device, since I have passed the 30-day window. I will be throwing it in the trash and purchasing a different adapter that can hopefully support my two monitors without burning up and forcing my monitors to turn off!
