Gel Max Mouth Guard

This is the best Mouth Guard for the price easy to mould I bought for teenage daughter and due to its smaller size is a perfect fit. This is 2nd one I've purchased the first was over a year old and still a good fit but was unfortunately left behind in the changing room and lost..

My son is happy with the gum shield, however I found the instructions were very tiny and I had to take a photo so that I could zoom in and read them.

Recommend it, easy to mould. Had one before but I've lost it. I grind my teeth, need it when on holiday, away with friends or family.

This is a go to mouthguard for my son. It is easy to shape and comfortable to wear. This is our 3rd and would definitely recommend.

Whilst appreciating that a mouthguard has to be a certain size and thickness to do the job, the depth of this guard at the back makes fitting difficult due to gag reflex. The process of boil and cool is quick and easy but my son still hasn't been able to get a decent fit due to being unable to bite down properly without throwing up (and he's 18). Sadly will have to go back to the (very expensive) custom-made-by-dentists brand :(

Both my 12 yr old son and I do Taekwondo and he also plays rugby. I would highly recommend these mouth guards. I have tried different ones over the years and they were always hard and uncomfortable and always made me gag, so it was hard to wear them . However 2yrs ago I came across the shock doctor and have never looked back, they are easy fit and very comfortable. The only thing is just be careful they can be small fitting so I would say any one over 10 yrs old should get an adult size. The very 1st time I ordered jnr for my son and it was tiny we actually laughed at the size of it in the packed so now I order him and adults too and it's perfect. I have been buying these shock doctor mouth guards now for two years and wouldn't consider buying any other type for all our sports.

This is my first mouth guard for sport that I have ever bought. I think it is pretty decent, quite soft inside and easy to mould. It is a lot bulkier than what I imagine you would get from a custom mould from your dentist but for less than £20, I don't think you can complain. I don't remember it tasting bad, I have used it 4 or 5 times now and it doesn't taste of plastic at all. Comes with a handy little box.

It came with the handle trimmed off so I had to fish it out with a pair of tongs and I dented the front and now there is a sharp plastic edge at the front. Not sure if this was done before shipping or it was a factory defect but I had to use it or risk my teeth. Not impressed, maybe I shoud have returned it straight away but I had a fight and when I pay for something up front I kind of expect it to work. Im sure when its not defective its a great guard, the fit is perfect but I know that edge will cut me if I get hit in the face.

Sinceramente non ho mai lasciato una recensione ma devo ammettere che questo paradenti è straordinario sta su attaccato benissimo ai denti e senti una protezione SERIA della bocca. Sembra di essere passato da un paradenti per dilettanti ad uno per professionisiti

Het is heel Schock dempend wanneer iemand tegen je kaak slaat. ik heb dit product gebruikt in een tournament en werkt heel goed de pijn blijft niet zitten op 1 plaats. ik raad dit product wel aan, alleen het valt uit je mond als je je mond open doet.

Fitment: The fitment of this mouthpiece was easy to follow, and you can get a VERY precise fit by adhering to the included instructions. For instance, if I leave my mouthpiece in the trunk during any given winter day, it will be VERY tight in training due to it shrinking in the cold. Once it warms up again, it fits comfortably. Comfort: The mouthpiece is very comfortable, and easy to get used to (if you're new to mouthpieces). I am able to talk to my training partners very easily, and the mouthpiece stays in place. I've used a handful of mouthpieces during my sparring, and this is the most comfortable one by far. Name: A lot of the training partners at my academy use the Shock Doctor (which is why I bought it). It has a good name in Martial Arts, as well as most contact sports (football, basketball, etc.) It isn't as good as a custom fit mouthpiece (without saying), but the cost differential between the two justifies going with the Shock Doctor. Color: I got the Green one. That pretty much rocks. Hard. Verdict: This mouthpiece gives me peace of mind so I can focus on training. I probably could even use the mouthpiece as a date accoutrement when me and the wifey head out, it's just that the color doesn't go well with my eyes.
