Suitable and useful, good space inside. Two down sides are that the earphones hole was not manafactired correctly and nothing goes through so having to run through zip, and one of the zips has also begun to come apart amd is difficult zip

I have a number of reflective clothing that works, but this armband's reflective parts is no different to a normal bright grey clothing and doesn't actually shine in the dark. I wore other reflective clothing the same night, I can see all them apart from the armband.The zips also jingle too much, I had to break them off so stop the annoying noise when running.This armband manages to hold my phone, protein flapjack and keys.

Purchased to store my phone while I go for longish power walks as my shorts dont have pockets and I use phone to listen to music....does the job I need, good quality product

I saw another reviewer said the headphone hole is fake, and I foolishly ignored that. But it IS fake! The picture and description are quite simply untruthful. You'd have to punch your own hole through. (I don't know whether this is a quality control issue and others have them punched through already?) It fitted on my arm OK, for the brief time I tried it on before noticing the fault. Though probably would prove a bit tight. The actual zip pockets are very straight forward - I was expecting something inside to hold my credit/gym card in place. Overall, not worth the £9.99 I paid for it. I'm going to send it back.

This is a must have for runners. Very comfortable to use, the straps that close it around the arm are strong and secure, it's well padded to protect your phone and has a very important separate compartment for house keys or some money. I don't use the cable slot for earphones as I use bluetooth earphones but it's also very handy if you need it. Overall really pleased with it.
