I was nervous about buying this but wow! Amazing value, fantastic bit of kit.I wanted to make my own sausages, burgers and things like that but knowing what was in them as I have a lot of intolerances. I also wanted to make Cypriot Sheftalia for my husband who grew up there and you just can’t buy those anywhere!!The machine makes quick work of any cut you buy including fat. I would suggest grinding for 10 minutes then having a 5-10 minute cool down just to keep the machines motor healthy like you would with a blender or processor.It’s easy to assemble and easy to clean. It has suckers on the feet to stabilise the machine.When I read the reviews I was worried about the quality but I really like it. My only issue if anything is that when it comes to the sausage making function it’s very swift and as a novice who is all fingers and thumbs I did struggle a bit to control it. I bought a manual sausage stuffer very cheaply which will be perfect until I get the hang of it.Top tips would be freeze the metal parts for an hour before use it makes the action much smoother.Get a tooth brush to help clean the discs it makes it easier to get the meat out of the holes and thoroughly clean it. I am a bit paranoid with it being raw meat.A baby bottle brush helps with the tubes. Again you can pretty easily clean with sponges or a cloth but I’m a really ocd cleaner.Grind meat in stages starting on largest disc then the-grind to make it smaller it’s much swifter this way and kinder to the machine.I’ve used this quite a few times in the month I’ve owned it and I would recommend it

The meat processor works well, and even quietly. Quiet than I expected. I did not try to mash the meat yet, but it seems quite strong, and I think it will handle any kind of meat. All parts are as described. Express delivery. It was supposed to be delivered next Thursday and was delivered a week earlier, ie 4 days after the order was placed. Mmmmm well I think it could be better made but you get what you pay for. Motor doesn't seem that powerful, plastic to metal is never a good combination especially when they have to be parted and joined at every use. But we needed one quick. If I was using this often I would buy an all metal more expensive make.Update one month later:I have used this mincer quite a few times now and I must say it's been banging away nicely with no problems. Been mincing beef, lean and fatty and no real blockages to speak of with no real problems. It's a little noisy and would still prefer an all metal machine but so far so good and an upgrade to 4 stars.

This meat grinder seems powerful enough for the job, but after allowing the metal accessories to soak in soap water they came out looking horrendous!After contacting the seller it was made clear that all metal items apart from blade and grinding discs are actually aluminium.Sadly, no further assistance from seller..

We have only used this once so far but we are very pleased with the results. It is simple to assemble and very easy to clean after use. It does make a noise but at a perfectly acceptable level; it is a machine after all, I would not expect it to be totally silent.

Overall I am pleased with the quality of this mince grinder. After all, he does his job.However one of the cutting platters simply doesn't fit, and what is most frustrating, it's the middle one, which is normally used the most.The only option possible now is to return the mince grinder completely. I have contacted the manufacturer in hope for the possibility to change just one platter, but they don't care since the purchase was made via amazon. It is a very disappointing customer treatment to my mind.

It seemed that the grinder releases aluminium bits into the meat. I found a lot of small bits in the meat. But to top it up, during the third use the machine made a big jump followed by a loud noise, so I quickly turned it off. It sounded like it was about to explode. When I switched it back on, the motor was working, but it didn't move the axis. I disassembled it, thinking maybe something just disconnected. I found that basically everything broke into pieces inside of it. From some pork meat. Extremely bad quality.

I’ve used the mincer on 2 occasions and processed just over 3kg of pork shoulder with ease. The mincer had no issues pulling the meat through and didn’t appear to slow down when meat was forced through the funnel. The down side is the mincer has only one speed so it could make certain tasks difficult. On assembly make sure the grinder is put in once attached to the base, and remember the cutter faces outwards.I used a manual sausage machine to make the sausages, for the sake of £12 I can go at my own speed.
