Wow! Awesome. My first one went bad within a month so I returned it and got another. I use it for my shoulder, hand (neuropathy), and any other place I need. It’s easy and very effective! To explain without writing a novel, I have a lot of issues from cancer medicines and chemo, including neuropathy and lymphedema. I try to use this every day because it helps so much. I also have one for the back which is also great.

I have only been using this for a couple of days and it does administer heat like intended. The reason for the low rating was because the instruction booklet that came with the product appears to be for a different remote control because it talks about red light and green lights which are not on this remote. Actually I think the instruction booklet is worthless. My plan is to use this twice daily for 3 weeks and if I don't find the relief I'm seeking, it will be returned.

I use this daily for my bad shoulders. Good temporary pain relief. Not sure about the stimulating healing part....

This item was not cheap and stopped working after a month. When it was working, it was fabulous. I'm going think maybe I received a defective item and will exchange it for another. Will update review once the new one can last over a month.

this thing is amazing, my knee pain relief immediately, especially for my patella, I got chronic knee pain during to play tennis and badminton, after 2 weeks of use, my patella pain is gone. The setting is R, highest temp and 30 minutes, the highest temp is little bit hot but it is manageable. I use it on my knee, heel, shoulder and elbow, it perferctly braces the whole knee.

No helping with pain at all

recommended on a medical website. i liked the ergonomic design, the heat was great. this device was very easy to use. this was my 1st rlt device. I followed instructions that came with it. I used this, per instructions, for a minimum of 8 weeks. then all but 13 lights went out. imagine my surprise after handling it with the utmost care. then I had to go through customer service which was a nightmare. finally I got my money back with a threat about once the device is received...but in that time my knee felt better.
