Nice Marra!
Eh, as a bit of a homebrewer meself, I reckon Spraymalt Light Malt Extract DME 250g’s a proper good find. It gives a nice bit o’ sweetness and a subtle malty taste that works grand in all sorts o’ beers. Whether yer doin’ a pale ale or summat experimental, it fits in reet well. What’s best about it is how easy it is to mix up. Chuck it in the boil or use it fer primin’, and it dissolves like a dream—nary a lump in sight. Makes brewin’ a lot less faff, I’ll tell thee that.Since usin’ it, I’ve noticed me beers have a better body and keep a proper good head. Makes ‘em feel more like summat you’d get down the pub, you know? It’s the little touches like that what make a difference. The 250g packet’s just the reet size for tryin’ out new recipes or addin’ a bit extra without wastin’ owt. Handy as owt if yer fancy tinkerin’ wi’ your brews. All in all, it’s a cracking bit o’ kit for anyone what’s into brewin’. Does the job proper and gives you summat to be proud of when you’re pourin’ a pint. Highly recommend it, I do!

Makes great Horlicks type drink
Very fine powder. Disolves easily. Lovely amount of sweetness on its own when used to make a milky Horlicks type drink so there's no need for sugar unless you have a very sweet tooth. Can't wait to try adding it to homemade no churn ice-cream. Basic recipe 300ml whipping cream whipped til stiff. Whip in 1 can of condensed milk (plain or caramel) and some vanilla extract. Continue whipping until stiff peaks. Add any fruit/nuts/crushed chocolate bar. I will try adding the malt at the beginning.

Good for making a hot drink
So sadly can't find vegan Horlicks in my local ASDA but I can make a similar hot drink using malt barley from Holland Barratts (in like a honey jar) and this powder, but on its own not as great!
