Autoglym Hi-Tech Wheel Brush Versatile Car Wheel Cleaning And Detailing Brush, One Size

This really is a very impressive brush for cleaning alloy wheels and for me it's totally transformed something that is normally a bit of a nightmare into an absolute breeze.Whilst it may be a little expensive for what it is, it does an amazing job and looks and feels like it will last a while. It's a bit like a round sash paintbrush but the bristles are very firm and strong. No matter how much of a beating I gave it the bristles always went back to their original position. None of the bristles bent or broke off so I have a good feeling I'll get a few uses out of this.I used this in combination with AutoGlym's 'Clean Wheels' spray and after spending 3-5 minutes per wheel they actually look like new. Very impressed.Pros:- Very firm/string bristles that don't break or bend easily- Returns to it's original shape, regardless of how much of a beating it takes- Easily reaches all the nooks and cranny's on the alloy wheels I used it on- Doesn't damage the alloys finishCons:- It is expensive for what it is but it really does seem worth it to meNetural- It needs to be combined with an alloy wheel cleaner to get the best results. I used it with AutoGlym's 'Clean Wheels' and got brilliant results.

i have used wonder wheels for many years and have always been happy with the results, but when buying my last car i received a life shine autoglym care car kit, it had everything in it apart from the hi-tech wheel brush so i decided after my wonder wheels ran out that i would purchase the brush to go along with the alloy wheel cleaner and all i can say is WOW, the results are fantastic, its so easy to use, my only gripe is that the handle and the brush are quite large so it does take a little getting used to but its works through the brake dust so much easier then the wonder wheels brush ever did, i am guessing the alloy cleaner itself helps but this brush is excellent, not the chepest one on the market but you can tell its well made and will last many years, read a post about the brush scratching alloys so i was examined the first wheel i cleaned and there wasnt any scrathces in sight, just a nice shiny clean alloy, cant recommend this product highly enough

I bought this brush, not so much to just clean intricate small spaces in spokes etc, but to be able to reach through the larger spoke gaps to clean the inner wheel rims . This brush does a quite reasonable job of this , but would have been perfect if the brush end was slightly angled. Despite this, even with direct force against the bristle ends not one of the bristles distorted or splayed out. Have now got rim to rim clean silver wheels.A well made quality brush which should last for years.

The brush is a good solid design, fits comfortably in the hand and looks well made. It did a great job on Ford Fiesta alloys. They were filthy, the brush really got into all the nooks and crannies. Will be using on our BMW larger wheels next week and fully expect a similar excellent result. Very pleased overall with this purchase.

Such a great quality brush. Hard but made of material what won't scratch your wheels. Good handle and easy to use. Not much use for inside the wheels but perfect for the outside. A+

You get what you see. I felt rather foolish trying to clean my alloys with this as a washing up brush would have done a better job. Beautifully made, quality product but no use!Since writing the above, I have changed my car for one with much more detailed wheels, I now find the brush really good. In short if you have the need for detailed cleaning this brush works really well.

Using this in conjunction with Autoglym clean wheels brought my alloys back from a very poor state, i actually thought my alloys had had it, I had my doubts about this brush tbh & especially at the price but i have to say im really really impressed! Look out for deals as i got mine for £13 (10/5/23)Word of warning just go easy with the brush, use more clean wheels spray & let it soak in as the brush can score/scratch the alloys (mine are silver alloys but maybe the reason its not advised for black rims) i unfortunatly did this on a heavily gunked up corner of a spoke but this was totally down to me overworking the area, was fine on all the other alloys when i had learned this lesson.
