Good product! Taking this to help with my immune system and for helping my digestive system. So far no complaints. I do take this with food to help avoid any nausea and so far I haven’t had any negative side effects

I had high hopes for the Pure Encapsulations Zinc 15 mg, but unfortunately, it caused some gastric discomfort and burping for me. While the quality of the product seems solid, I experienced stomach upset after taking it, which was disappointing. It may work fine for others, but if you have a sensitive stomach like me, you might want to proceed with caution. I’m going to try a different form of zinc to see if it’s gentler on my system.

I use this brand of zinc on a daily basis. Great value!
