These are my go to for cod liver oil. It's a brand I trust and I've never ever had a negative experience with them. Easy to swallow for adults due to the shape. Decent size but could be smaller. At £9.00 a tub it's good value for money from a premium brand.

I have used Seven Seas Cod Liver Oil since I was a young child. I think this is a great product, easy to swallow, and there is no aftertaste.

I find these to be good quality Omega 3 supplements and the bottle doesn't take up too much room, which is good for my limited kitchen cabinet space. I would have liked the label and other info to also be in English however, especially when shipping to primarily English-speaking markets.
