I read quite a lot of reviews before deciding to purchase this stepper from GallantSports. I am delighted I chose this model from this company. Delivery was very quick and item was well packaged. It is of great sturdy quality and a perfect size for placing ones whole foot on whilst performing the stepping exercise, which I was told I must do by my local gym instructor. The feet are non slip which is useful as all my floors are wooden. Just under 20 quid is a great price. I really do think this model is every bit as good as the one I was using at my gym. This is another item for my own "gym" at home and will go towards saving me bucket loads by not having to fork out rediculous amounts of money to attend the local gym. The customer service from Gallant is second to none and is most refreshing in today's world. If I decide to add more equipment to my own "gym" I will definitely be paying Gallant a visit first!5 stars no problem here.

Excellent peace of equipment. It is that good I bought 2 and the height extenders, it is strong, sturdy and very good size wise, I weigh 20 at and do hundreds of step ups on it and not one sign of wear. It's colourful, vibrant, attractive, and so cost effective for the gym to have. You will love putting on music and using this step up equipment, super delivery was on time as expected, and I will buy more from this seller with confidence.

Good step. Sturdy and a decent height. Only issue is that it is a little bit small. If you are used to the regular steps you find in gyms, this is not anywhere near as deep or wide. I have just done a step routine using this step, and whilst I did manage to do it, I was scared I might fall off - I had a couple of near misses. I believe regular steps are 41 cm deep, but this is about 29 cm deep. And I also lay on the step, and only just got my back fully on it. I am a shoe size 6 and only 5ft 3in tall, so I am not very big. If you are bigger than me, this will not be any good for you. That's not to say this is a bad step. It is my fault for not reading the description properly, and not checking the dimensions of regular gym steps.

The media could not be loaded. Wanted a step for my online exercise classes. Ideal for BodyPump. Sturdy, but light weight, does not slip and stores nicely in hall cupboard. Fast delivery and well packaged. Thank you

This is an awesome aerobic stepper, I choose it because of the lovely colours and the great reviews and it didn't disappoint. It's sturdy, stays in place (I've used it on carpet) and comes with two risers. Size is perfect and it's very easy to assemble. Highly recommend it, there are some great beginner videos online if you're just getting into step aerobics.

Unfortunately took a week more than expected to arrive. I contacted the seller and they promptly apologized.When I started unboxing it I noticed some rattling noise and one of the plastic bits was broken, however it still seems fully functional so I'll stuck with it. Can't blame it on the seller as it could've been because of the way the courier handled it.Apart from that stepper looks sturdy and the inserts were easy enough to fit. I still need to do a proper training session with it but it looks like a good product. Still happy with it for the price!

At first the wrong item was sent. The company were extremely polite and rectified the situation very quickly. The product now received is now exactly what was advertised - thank you.
