Plantronics Charge Case for Voyager Legend

I have had it knocked on the floor several times by my cats and myself, it has skated across the hard floor without a scratch, too! The functionality is faultless. Headphone fits neatly and compactly and precisely into the case, and the charging lasts for ages. Smooth, no catching edges, nice finger ledge to lift lid, and it stays open, usefully, no flapping or loose lid! Clips nicely shut, secure and snug. The magnetic charging patch is brilliant - makes it so easy to put headphone into the case - it sort of directs the whole thing! The little led lights are reassuring, not intrusive, and I think that this is the best purchase I have made for a long time. You can carry the headset around with you, in this case, for days, in a pocket or bag, knowing that it will be protected, kept clean and fully charged, ready for use. Excellent item. Highly recommend.

I bought this as I had a Plantronics Voyager Legend for my birthday. I spend hours on the phone for work, and this will pair with my mobile and my landline phone to enable me to carry out my work comfortably all day. Part of my job involves driving and staying over in places- and I found I was shoving my earpiece into my handbag where it was being battered and dropped regularly. (The magnetic attachment to the charger means it sticks to my keys). I thought the price was a little high at first but now I have had it for a few weeks I think it is worth the £30. The case held enough charge for me to go away for three days and two nights without a proper charge. I drove an average of four hours each day, and a couple of hours each evening in the hotel room using my headset to talk. I used this case to charge the headset each night and it was ready to go in the morning. The charger port is a micro USB so my phone charger actually works with it. Unlike the headset charger which is a specific type. This means I don't have to take loads of different cables with me when I'm away- I just leave the headset charger in my office. The case is slightly larger than a pack of cards, and is shiny smooth plastic on the cover and matt plastic on the bottom. It will scratch easily- but I bought it to protect me headset, not look nice! The cover is flimsy and would probably crack if a lot of pressure was put on it, but the moulded inside is contoured with a rubbery material to hold the earpiece securely. The case has a clever set of LEDs which flash different colour and different amounts to count down the charging level of the headset and the case. It tells you when the headset is fully charged and when the case needs recharging. The lights flash automatically when you put the headset in or take it out, or you can push the button on the case to show the levels. I would buy this case again in a heart beat. It is a shame the headsets are not sold with them!

I have had this for a while (1-2 years) and it is an essential piece of kit for the Voyager. I run a building company and was forever knocking the heaset off and breaking it or it would get damaged in my pocket or bag. I was going through one every few months. I was also very frustruated with the magnetic charging system on the voyager so if it ran out of juice you never had the charge adaptor handy and of course it would not take a USB. Then I bought this! If I take off the Voyager I have somewhere safe and compact to put it and it charges when doing so - no more broken headsets for over a year. And it charges on a standard mini usb so I am never short of a cable. Brilliant! Of note I have tried a lot of different headsets and settled on Voyager as being the best for my noisy driving work environments so this has made it just so much more practical. Only criticism is I find the lights that show charge status a bit cryptic. I have to look up what they mean every now and then to remind myself. Plantronics could do better on this (for example use the lights in an increasing bar arrangement), but minor point.

Superb bit of kit. It provides enough juice to power the headset for perhaps a week and a half of moderate use. Not sure what this equates to in complete charge cycles as I pop the headset into the case overnight but would estimate perhaps 4+ full charges so maybe 24 hours worth. The two indicator lights show charge left in the pack and charge on the headset (1 blink low - 3 blinks high). I would have rated this as 5 stars except for the fact that if Plantronics had stayed with the standard micro USB charging port used on previous headsets, rather than the proprietary version on the Legend, this case wouldn't really be needed!

I bought the Voyager Legend to replace a rather pathetically useless Plantronics Edge. However, the reason I went for the Edge over the Voyager Legend at first was because the proprietary charge point on the Legend. I'm out on the road an lot and it's a gigantic pain not being able to use a 'normal' USB of some description. This unit is expensive for what it is, but it does mean you can charge from a cigarette lighter (or mains) with a standard USB cable. For that .. very useful. What would be more useful is getting rid of the proprietary charging point in the first place. The case doubles as a charger (same as the Edge's). The advantage of the Legend is that you don't have to remove any parts to get it into the case for charging. With the Edge, you have to take the over ear loop off.

Doosje net binnen gehad en ziet er netjes uit. kleine verrassing: het is MicroUSB en geen USB-C niet een groot probleem maar je moet even onthouden dat je zo'n oud kabeltje in je auto gooit om op te kunnen laden. :-) Als het USB-C geweest was 5 sterren. verder voldoet het als gewenst.

Das Case ist sehr gut, da es nicht nur schützt, sondern auch auflädt und als Powerbank dient.

Lo compré prensando que solo era un estuche para guardar el audífono pero resultó ser más que eso también es una batería y funciona muy bien , la vdd protege muy bien y carga mis audífonos , no puedo pedir mar

This is the second one I've bought so far. This model has a light for both case and Bluetooth device's battery life which is really nice cause I tried other one from different seller that wasn't even the one I needed, they didn't describe its model number appropriately but now I have both of the right ones I need. Seller described charging case and that is what they sent me, the correct one. This is also the version with 2 lights,one for the headset and the other one for the charger case. Just one light a piece, and the case lasts longer than the others.So nice charger case and really nice seller.
