Good quality box for stationery, artist brushes etc

Carefully took into account sizes of boxes similar to this and having decided on this one bought some CDRW discs to make up to the required £'s to buy this reduced price box.On my laptop table stands a two tier shelf and on the top of the shelf stands my monitor. This box is ideal to lie across in front of the monitor, just the right height not to obscure the monitor's screen with the monitors remote control lying on it. This box contains all those oddments of computer stuff for the computer that is stored on the lower part of the shelf unit. I then ordered a second identical box to lie in front of the first - this to contain pens, and other day to day needs, spare batteries for mouse and remotes and the dvd player remote as well. On the top of this second box is my Amazon Firestick.As an afterthought I placed a small piece of nonslip material on the right hand side of top of the front box which allows a mug of coffee or similar to be placed. It even fits my mini kettle.Having these two boxes alongside each other has made a difference to my life as I no longer have the pain of standing to reach for things, no longer have to feel on the floor for dropped items as they are safely in the closed boxes. The ridges around the lids of the boxes keep a couple of pens from rolling off. Such a small amount for independence.

...partsBut I have more parts than the box can hold. So I've bought another larger box.All is not lost it will suit other storage needs so no money waster just spent too early.AS with the R.U.B. Co products it should survive a good few years and by then it will be able to be locally recycled.The stacking ability of R.U.B. is only worthwhile if you have several but a well fitting lid probably is the more important against the uniform stack design.

I've bought seven Really Useful boxes and am pleased with each of them. I bought this particular size to store rulers and scissors. Plenty of room for some 12"/30cm rulers and a variety of pairs of scissors. The lid locks, all my craft scissors are in one box and I can put the box in a safe place if little ones with inquisitive fingers are visiting.

This is a quality Really Useful box, and after so long searching it was great to find a box with over 30cm internal length (for what I needed it for) that was slim and not to high.Dimensions correct. Will hold a 30cm ruler, so also ideal as a pencil case.ONLY box I could find anywhere with over 30cm internal, and an ok price.

These Really Useful Boxes are very well made, so study and great for keeping my small crafting tools together.

I bought 6 of these and use them to store craft items in such as scissors, glue sticks, pens, pencils and what is really useful in my opinion is that they stack nicely into the bigger really useful boxes. The lids are neatly secured when you use the blue handles to fasten down the lid to ensure that the contents do not fall out. They are clear so you can easily see what you have put inside them. I put regular printing labels on the side anyway so that I can easily identify exactly what I have put in them. I am pleased with them and it is convenient that they are stackable and always available.
