I really needed these and I am so happy I tried these out. I like to buy my meat from Costco and then go home and repackage them into smaller portions. Now I can add one of these to my packing and it will absorb all the moisture. Good to have for repacking meats.

May if the item is vacuumed with moist item it may accidentally gather some moisture.Product held moisture leaking more than 24 hours very little held or captured.Used more than a dozen before realizing ineffective, and poor design.

I ordered these specifically for packing venison but don't have any yet so I tried these out on some pork loins that I cut up into chops. They worked for that purpose.With 500 pieces there are plenty for using here and these should last a long time. I put just one in the chop packaging that I was using when I vacuumed sealed them and they absorbed everything visible in the packaging.These are really light when they do not have liquid on them on easy to use.Overall, these work perfectly for their purpose they really aren't too much considering you get 500 of these in a package (that is a lot of meat packing). I like having the flexibility to use these as I need to.
