Very handy for training staff
Absolutely great for training staff, feels a bit cheap but it never fails. Shame its not a bit cheaper

Great for call centre training
Excellent tool for training in call centre but also great when for use with support workers when two people may be needed to fully deal with a call

Dose NOT work
Product is not compatable with alot of devices if you paid good money for your phone system do not expect this to be a product to help train, I have worked in an establishment where this product has worked fantastic but if you pay for VOIP phones the product dose not work.

The person on the other end couldn't hear us too well
When both headsets are connected, the caller on the other end couldn't hear us and complained that our voices were too quiet and weak. We could hear the person on the other end fine but needed to shout so we cold be heard.

I used this to connect both a handset and headset to my office phone. It has worked like a charm and allows my to use the headset for extended calls and it can be used with any standard desk phone. I used double-sided tape to mount the adapter right to my desk phone for easy access.

Artikel funktioniert leider nicht - Ersatz soll erst nach kostenpflichtiger Rücksendung versandt werden - Verständigung nur in englisch - genaue Rücksendeadresse nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung leider nicht erhalten - Geld leider auch nicht - nicht zu empfehlen!!!!

We're using these with Polycom VVX 301 phones. The Kenable adapters work exactly the same as the $150 units from Polycom, but cost $20. Excellent devices!

Good adaptor if you have the Cisco brand phone it calls for.

It definitely splits the call so I can add another headset, but the other headset is not really muted as much it is distorted. Overall, still pretty good for the price.
