If it is made with a plant based milk then yes this would be suitable for vegans, just for clarity the list of ingredients are as follows:- Ingredients: cocoa solids (cocoa mass, cocoa butter), sugar, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), natural flavour (vanilla). Dark chocolate contains minimum 70% cocoa solids. For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in BOLD. May contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts, milk, gluten, wheat, egg, sesame. Suitable for vegans when made with water or plant milk. Pack contains approx. 7 servings. Reference intake of an average adult (8400kJ/ 2000kcal). Nutritional Information Per 100ml, when made with skimmed milk: Energy 490kJ ( 117 kcal) / Fat 6.2 g ( of which is saturates 3.7 g) / Carbohydrates 9.8 g ( of which sugars 8.0 g) / Fibre 1.9 g / Protein 4.6 g / salt 0.10 g. How many cups of hot chocolate will this make? I usually buy the velvetiser sachets which have 10 per box

Can’t be precise as it’s a matter of taste how many between 2 and 3 spoonful s we add. Another thing is Amazon must have a good turnover as the contents are fresher than when I buy on the high street. Try the Whittards version which we find even better and slightly cheaper.

What is price of chocolat flakes in carton?

Cartons don’t seem available anymore. It comes in Pouches. 2 for £15 but direct from Hotel Chocolat or their shops

The Best!

There's quite a lot of different hot chocolate drinks available, but they all seem to have one thing in common: They all have sugar as the main ingredient, which makes for a chocolate flavoured sugar drink, rather than a chocolate drink. Even drinks more expensive than Hotel Chocolat are mainly sugar.This product has cocoa solids as the main ingredient, so the main taste is chocolate. This, and the high quality of the product put this drink way above anything else I've tried.

Luxurious hot chocolate - no powder

Amazing hot chocolate. I have the velvetiser from hotel chocolat and the drinks are far better than costa or Starbucks or anywhere like that. This is chocolate shavings it is not a powder so you do not end up with powder collecting at the bottom. It’s very easy to make. I have this flavour on the amazon subscribe service. It’s 70% strength so it’s full of flavour but it’s not bitter.

Lovely flavour

Lovely chocolate flavour. Don’t get many servings out of it, need to order more after a couple days and that can get expensive! Better off ordering the sachets as you don’t need to measure them out.

Tastes good

Love how this tastes. But it’s very expensive for just a few cups of hot chocolate and it’s a pain to make them from scratch as nice as it is, i will just stick to the old fashioned hot chocolate
