Q: What size are the nuts for the wheel bolts? They were missing in my package and I need to buy them separately.

There are no nuts needed on the wheel bolts. There is a set screw on the wheel connector that holds the bolt in place that you need to tighten.

Q: can my girl go potty in this?

I’m not sure about a girl doggy. Mine is a boy and after we got his dingy free from the harness he was ok. Good luck with your doggy

Q: How sturdy is this wheelchair? We live very rurally so, our dog needs heavy-duty support.

How big is your dog? My dog was a large, 100lb Lab. He was 13 and had trouble with back legs - fused vertebrae due to arthritis. He used it for a short time. Then became too weak to stand without assistance. A dog needs to be able to use their front legs well and support their weight with front legs. My dog was large and wheelchair was too awkward. The wheels were strong, but frame could not hold him up. My vet told me smaller dogs do better with these types of devices...large dogs usually don't. Our dog passed away in June. Since he was elderly, the wheelchair didn't work out. We ended up getting a halter device with front and back end handles. We would walk with him while holding handles to help support him as he walked. We still have the wheelchair and will probably donate it to a shelter. If I had to do it again, I would probably go with a different brand. Like I said, this is a lightweight (aluminum?) framed wheelchair and if the dogs legs tend to collapse while walking, this is not adequate. It would probably work better with smaller, younger dogs. Hope this helps.
