Good buy, worth the money
Awesome well worth the money, fairly easy to assembly, some of the Instruction are a little unclear but after a couple of minutes of reading them again and looking at the drawing soon figured it out, took 3 hrs from unboxing to fully assembled and usable, nice exercise poster/ booklet that comes with it. Spanner are useless, just used my own 17mm and 15mm spanners. Well made and sturdy construction

Instructions not great
An hour to put the frame together. Looked at pulley instructions and gave up! Will try another day!!!

Great value for money, but I'd avoid if you're on the taller side.
I'm 5'6", so I won't exactly be playing in the NBA anytime soon and this bench does exactly what I need/needed it to. However, even with my height, the bench press feels ever so slightly too high up on the chest with my head as far back as it can go. I can imagine this problem is only exacerbated on users with taller frames.Secondly, although part of the bench can be folded away, the overall machine is big. Much bigger than anticipated, which is more on me than anything else. There seems to be a lot of wasted space from an engineering standpoint compared to other multi-gyms on the market, ultimately this also wasn't a problem for me, but it's again something to be wary of. Note that the manufacturers also have a compact variant on sale at a slightly higher price tag. I also worry about the friction of the pulley as it comes down the back side of the machine, it already seems to have worn the metal down a little and I fear this may cause snagging on the cable in the future, but this is probably easily rectified by covering the problematic area. While the gym definitely has its shortcomings, and the instructions are a little awkwardly ordered and paced at times (took me around 4 hours or so to build. Also make sure you have a decent ratchet wrench set, the bike wrenches included are a nightmare to work with); I can't truly fault it, because it does exactly what it says on the tin for the most part and I don't regret purchasing it.

Brilliant piece of kit for the money!
I couldn't believe that for significantly less than a year's gym membership I could get all of these exercises in one piece of apparatus. I built it by myself over a few evenings just following a page or two a night from the instructions which were reasonably easy to understand. There were just a couple of things I'd recommend. First, fully torque the nuts underneath where the weights will go as soon as you assemble that part as access to them later is very difficult. Second, the instructions state that everything should be tightened so that the bolts go fully through the lock nuts which is sensible enough. However, in some places when you do this they are so tight that they break the paint/powder coat on the frame which is a shame. Finally, you'll probably want to get v-bars, rope grips and a new lat bar with neutral handles for more variation on the lat pulldown exercises. All in all, though, this is very much a 5-star product. Highly recommended!

As good as described
I was actually surprised with the quality of the gym set. Of course, it took a few hours to set up but it was definitely worth it. The only slight criticism I have is that the pull (string) gets weak after some months and it is quite difficult finding cheap replacement. That said, it had definitely saved me months of gym membership.

Good value home gym
Main part easy to assemble only needs 1 person, hardest part was getting the cable system right as diagram is not the best.Have your own ratchet spanners as ones provided not the best. Follow the instructions and don't try to jump ahead. Don't over tighten bolts as then the moving parts won't work. Overall a good value gym does all you need, also getting some of the extra attachments will allow more exercises to be performed however ebay for them is cheaper.

Great gor Teenagers Awful for Adults due to hight restriction
Product is poor quality. If you are over 6ft dont even bother as the bench press will not be correctly positioned, due to how it is manufactured your head presses against the back part and thr bar crosses your shoulders rather than your chest! The Pec Dec Fly mechinism is flimsy and wobbles when in use!The Leg Extension is too low so your feet make contact with the floor before full extension is achieved. To sue the bench for Pull Ups and Pull downs you have to remove the lay flat bench part which consists of a bolt which is tightened up to prevent it wobbling... this means you need a spanner for EVERYTIME you want to adjust for this exercise!Spend a bit more and buy a unit which has larger dimensionsThis would be perfect however if you are a teenager starting out! (hence the 2 stars rather than 1)

I brought this a month ago thinking it was going to be awesome but however i cannot return it as i have threw the box away. However since I've had this I've had problems from the start with trying to lift heavier weights and everytime i do add more the frame just freezes when i go to push and especially on the bench press which is very frustrating and i sprained my wrist doing so.I have now just read some of the reviews on how the pull cable could not be strong enough to carry the weight.I know as working in retail that is a very inappropriate thing to do supply a cable that doesnt actually do what it is supposed to do.Im very unsatisfied and upset by this and wish there was some way i could get help with making it better or get my money back.
