It left my hair super moisturised and soft, my curls became a lot more defined. Normally, I am quite heavy handed when using products but I wasn't with this one and my hair felt super clean with only the first wash. I did shampoo my hair twice, but that was only because my hair was really dirty at the time and I wanted to make sure that it was super clean but honestly, I feel like the second wash wasn't needed.
