I bought this to quit smoking, I used it last thing and then again first thing I found after just 2 listens I didn't want or even need a ciggy for 5+ hours which is a miracle as I tend chain smoke first thing in the morning while I'm trying wake up. at this moment i have not completely quit but I have cut down my smoking by over half

Night time part of cd is faulty - just as I was starting to relax the thing stuck for 10/15 seconds then stuttered etc. No reply to e-mail link for free mp3 download either. I can only speak as I find; I am not impressed.

Really helped me to stop smoking along with NRT patches. After just 3 weeks, I had quit and cravings had greatly diminished..

I have used hypnotherapy before with mixed results, mainly Paul McKenna audio apps, so I was unsure what to make of another hypnotherapist.Having listened to this twice now, Its very similar to my previously owned media, however It seems to be more affective, I have wanted to give up cigarettes for years and have used the NHS stop smoking service with unsuccessful results.Having listened to this twice, I no longer have the urges I previously had. I have moved to an electronic cigarette and last week I was using both normal cigarettes and the E Cigs as I didn't feel the E Cigs were doing it for me as I kept getting the urge.This week I now believe that the e cig is what I will use going forward and have been successfully and comfortably using it for the past couple of days, I didn't fully want to give up as its my little vice and escape from the office. Using this CD has moved me away from the traditional and onto the ecig.I am impressed by this as it can be difficult during the transition.My only criticism would be, rather than a CD which is now so 90's, it would be nice if this could be embedded within an app on Apple App store, which would prevent the issue of transferring it from the PC to iPhone.
