So far, so good. This cord retracts perfectly and makes clean up easier and quicker. I use this to power my 13 amp corded lawn mower and it is working fantasticly. The mower has more power now as compared to the previous 12 guage cord. The bracket and install worked great in only a few minutes. It is a great value for the price. Bought this to mount to the leg of my work bench and it fits perfect under the top. The reel retacks smoothy and quickly. I did not use the mounting plate has the space I was mounting the reel in was somewhat tight and would not allow me to slide the reel down into the mounting plate. The triple plug is very handy for multiple tool use.

This is a nice recoil power cord. Heavy duty amp rating. I like the mounting hardware. Only thing about is it's finicky about realing in the last 5 ft. But it will go in with a couple trys.

Bought both the Air Hose and Extension cord reels at the same time.Whatever you do, Pay attention when mounting them.First, the Air hose reel has to have the screws (Hex head) screwed in first and then hang the bracket. Using a Ratchet and socket, I was able to tighten. HOWEVER, WATCH how tight you tighten these down. I was mounting it to a wooden rafter in the garage and I SNAPPED THE BOLT OFF! (it is a hex head lag screw)..AND, the same thing happened on the Extension cord reel. This one has a mounting adapter you mount first and slide the Extension cord reel down and it locks in place.These use long Phillips screws.One of the 4 heads completly stripped out.Of course, part of that was my fault because I SHOULD have used a #3 Phillips bit and not a #2..THE SCREW IS SOFT METAL though..THEN, another screw completely snapped the screw in half before it was ever in the wood all the say...CHEAP SCREWS. If I was you, I'd go purchase better screws before I tried to mount it to save frustration.I have not used the air hose reel yet. Have to purchase the mounting fittings for the hose to adapt to my compressor. The look good though. Just cheap screws...That is why 4 stars...
