Rolson 61298 150 pc Spring Assortment,Silver

I needed a spring for a project I was working on and the price for a single solitary spring in the local B&Q was nearly double what I paid for this whole set!!! So this little set was an absolute no brainer given the amount of springs and assortment you get even if I never use more than one spring out of it I still got better value than that daylight robbery hole that is B&Q!All the springs seem to be of good quality and the use that I needed was to replace a spring that had vanished from a angle poise style lamp and it was very easy to replace using a spring from this set. As I say you get a great assortment of different sizes so for people like me that enjoy fixing items rather than just throwing them away then this is a good set to have in the home or workshop.For the price paid I feel I got excellent value for money.

Purchased with the hope one size might fit as replacement tension springs for a door handle. With a little fettling i was able to make it work albeit weaker than the original return springs. A very useful box set of assorted tension and compression springs nonetheless that will likely prove useful in the future.

Very nice box and the products are amazing, very easy to use and the material is nice. No complaints amazing product.

Plenty different size and shape to choose from

I found a couple of springs that pretty much did what I needed, though I now have a nice box with dozens of springs I imagine I will never need. On the other hand the 150 springs probably cost me less than I would have paid to buy just a couple, so I shouldn't complain. And the only local shops I know of that would have sold me individual springs closed down some time ago.

My only issue is one set of springs come without loops (not compression) and if I had checked the picture more closely I would have seen them, other than that the ones l have installed work perfectly.

Needed a new spring for my work bench and one of them fitted perfectly and now I have plenty of spares for anything else that might need one. Good assortment and good price.
