Update: I almost sent this speaker back because the sound was not very loud. However, my original review was based on connecting the speaker using BT. I have since connected using an HDMI cord. Everything I stated in my original review remains true, with a couple of major differences: 1) Powering off the TV now powers off the speaker (that's a big plus for me, because I was just leaving it on all the time so I didn't have to use 2 different remotes). 2) The sound quality is 10x better and louder. I knew when I set the speaker up originally that optical or HDMI would be the better option, but I was planning on placing the speakers on either side of my couch and would need BT for that. Since I decided to leave the 2 pieces on each side of my TV, I hooked up the HDMI and OMG the sound is soooo much better. I did also try hooking up the optical and the sound is even better than with HDMI, but I decided to use the HDMI for the convenience of not having to use 2 remotes. With the optical hook up, I cannot control the volume or power with my Fire remote, that's a big con for me. If you don't care about having to use more than one remote, I would definitely suggest using the optical hookup. But if controlling all your functions with one remote matters, then HDMI is the way to go. I did test connecting the speaker to my TV using BT vs. the Fire stick and I cannot control any functions with the TV remote, so HDMI is definitely the way to go to have one remote control both devices. Hope this review helps others. For the price you pay, I can't complain. This sound bar works great. Connects to my Fire Stick with no problem and was easy to set up. I pulled everything out of the box and had it set up within 5 minutes. Didn't even look at the instructions, they were not needed. If you know the basic concept of setting up electronics you can do this easily. I've split mine into the 2 separate speakers and put one on either side of my TV. I think it works best this way. I can control the volume with my Fire remote, but cannot power on or off, have to use the speaker remote for that, so that's a con. Only other con, is if you cast another device to your TV, you cannot raise the volume, you have to do it on your device and max volume is whatever max volume is on the device. Overall, though, decent speaker for the price. I would buy again.

I just want to reiterate how fantastic the response time and quick resolution to issues I received from these dedicated customer service reps provided to me. Compared to other customer service departments, my experience with Puxinat has demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction. September August 28, 2023 - Review Update – Customer Service I had an opportunity to interact with Puxinat customer service last week due to an issue with my soundbar. Some type of glitch developed with my soundbar that could not be resolved. Puxinat sent me a replacement soundbar and my issue has been resolved. My main reason for providing this update is to report on the exceptional customer service I received. My e-mail communications were responded to in a very timely manner and the replacement soundbar was shipped and arrived faster than I ever expected. Puxinat has demonstrated to me that they are committed to providing the type of customer service that every customer deserves . I don’t know how many of you have had to deal with a vendor customer service department recently, but none that I’ve dealt with comes close to the outstanding service I received from Puxinat. If you’re in the market for a reasonably priced soundbar, packed with features and a company that truly cares about customer satisfaction, I highly recommend considering this one. .I have tried several budget priced, off brand soundbars and this one is absolutely outstanding. Set up is very simple. If you have a newer smart TV it basically gets set up for you. The quality of the sound is hands down better than most budget priced soundbars. It has bass and treble adjustments, 10 different sound effects to choose from and the bass is very good considering it doesn't have a separate subwoofer. They provide every type of cable you would need to connect to your TV, including an HDM/ARC cable. When I connected with the HDMI/ARC cable it automatically paired with my DISH receiver remote to control the volume and mute functions. The soundbar doesn't turn off when you turn off the TV, but it does go into a standby mode after a short period of time. The other amazing feature of this Puxinat soundbar is the ability to set this up as a one-piece unit or separate the unit into two separate speakers (cable and bases included) for a better stereo affect. I'm retired and we live on a fixed income, so price and quality are major factors when making a purchase. Obviously, you can't determine the quality until you make the purchase and utilize the device. I read enough reviews of this soundbar that it interested me enough to give it a try. After making this purchase and listening to the quality of this unit I felt compelled to add to the positive reviews. I don't usually review products, but this one is so impressive I had to provide one, I'd give this product 10 stars if I could. I can only provide my written review for how highly I recommend giving this Puxinat soundbar a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed.
