I've given this 5 stars - I think this is a very good tool in assisting the children in becoming more confident in the classroom. Last term we had parents evening and the kids we "fair to middling". We've just had this term's parents evening and they have both by passed there expected targets. I'm not saying it was all down to the books but I'm sure they have assisted. I have been amazed how much more the kids understand and it's been really nice to see there knowledge grow. We don't do it every day but we do it in short zaps, often. They love the stars and get really motivated by it. Would definatly recommend this product.

Dorling Kindersley DK know the art of publishing books for children. And this book is no exception. This book carries the same excellence that is the hallmark of DK.That was the praise.Now the bad side.They have sworn that they wouldn't give sample pages on Amazon to enable the prospective buyer, you and me, to evaluate the book for its suitability for our children's needs.I would call this attitude careless or even callous.If you are good in one department that does not give you the excuse to be deliberately bad in some very important other department.I hope they will reconsider this frivolously raucous attitude of theirs.

My children (8yr old girl and 5yr old boy) LOVE these books and they do them willingly and at their suggestion. We have a number of them and they've all been brilliant and spot-on in terms of what they are learning at school. The books teach maths maths in a fun way. The child can do as little or as much as they like in one sitting and I think the trick is to let them stop when they've had enough. The gold star stickers act as a reward for completing a page and there's a certificate to complete when they've finished the book. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Well presented and easy to follow. Great for helping your kids if they're are struggling a bit at this level.

It's a good resource for children mastering multiplication and provides good amount of practice.

Die unterschiedlichen JKey-Steps zeigen an in welchem Schwierigkeitsgrad man sich gerade befindet! Super gemacht und mit dem Sternchen-System für jede gemachte Seite einfach ein tolles Belohnungssystem wo man sicherlich sich als Eltern überlegenkann, ob man nicht für jedes erledigte Heft, eine kleine Belohnung ausruft! Das animiert auf jedenfall noch mal zusätzlich!!
