Wow I can finally wear my sketchers and ballet flats thanks to these. I'm size 5.5 but as I have wide feet and a high instep I always need to get a size 6 to fit but as they are slightly too long I get the inevitable heel blisters from my shoes slipping up and down my heels when I walk. These heel pads have given my shoes the perfect close fit so no more blisters. To use simply remove the plastic backing and stick into shoes ensuring the back is applied to the top back of the shoe. Once applied they stay in place with no slippage at all. They are fabric coated gel and make my flat shoes feel ultra comfortable, I have spongy softness under my heels which protects against the pain of plantar fasciitis. It does state on the packaging to only use if your shoes are half a size too long as they will give a closer fit. For me they are perfect and nothing else has worked like these to prevent blisters.

Arrived on time; packaged well; these heel grips are a bit bulky and didn't work well in the peep-toe high court shoes they were purchased for. As long as you have sufficient room at the back of the shoe I'm sure they will work well.

The only reason I'm giving this a 4 is because I wanted something to help my shoes not slip on and off. These didn't help with that issue BUT they do help to stop shoes rubbing which is a completely different issue. They are soft and comfortable for anyone with shoes that give them blisters.

These are very comfortable inserts in big shoes. The backs worked great in shoes that were a bit loose and used to rub and give me blisters. The bit that goes under the heel relieved my heel pain. My job keeps me on my feet most of the day and my feet were totally pain free. I would recommend these heel pads to anyone who suffers from heel pain.

I can see that these might work if you have a leather back inside your shoe and you take great care how you insert your foot each time. However for most people and especially those with a fabric inside their shoe they are pretty useless as they will rip off the fabric back when you insert your foot.The above said, they do stick to the base of the shoe, so if you are prepared to hold the back piece in place (ike a shoe horn) every time you insert your foot they can help.

Completely rubbish they don't reduce you shoe size which they claim to do and are very slippery

I bought New sandals in Spain when my feet were hot. She I wore them at home I was slipping through them. These grips have taken the shoe down a size and got perfect now. Very comfortable and no slip

Fantastic proudcut! Ordered these because I got a pair of shoes which were slightly too big and kept slipping off. Put in the clear gel fillers and it fixed that! They stay on and fit snuggly! Also very comfortable! Easy to put in too. Highly reccomend.
