Increase in vitamin D
I like the idea of it being a 30 day supply, so I can keep track.I generally feel a sense of Malaise during the winter months despite being fit and active, I believe that these vitamins have helped to improve my general sense of wellbeing perhaps this is down to the increase in vitamin D. I did just intend to use these through the winter but may continue throughout the year.

Been using for a little over a month now.
I’ve been using these multivitamins+omega3 tablets everyday for just over a month now. And to be able to take them just in the morning in between or after breakfast is a quick and simple thing to do. None of the two tablets taste funny or have a bad after taste after touching tongue (had this issue with some others, I know it’s random…).I will say though that the omega-3 tablet is a little larger than how I expected, which for me was fine to take, but to some others it may be a little difficult to swallow, so I’d recommend going to a store that sells these and looking on the side of the box as the part labels the size of the tablet and says to scale is actually true, so maybe check yourself before buying.
