Easy to use. Follow the instructions to the letter.
The kit worked just fine. The swabs are slightly narrower than the EOS20D sensor it was used on but very easy to use. I was very cautious about touching the sensor but if you follow the instructions and use a light touch it works well.Hold the cleaning fluid bottle slightly above the swab so that you can check you only get two drops of liquid onto the swab. This followed an internal debate about was it dirt or was the sensor faulty. Luckily just dirt.

Absolutely fantastic, cleans grime and dust
I bought a a6400 off ebay and although it was brand new, it had a smudge and some dust on the sensor, as though someone had touched it with a finger. I was terrified it wouldnt come off, as it was quite prominent and looked greasy. However, these cleaned it PERFECTLY. Nothing was left on the sensor - no micro scratches, no dust, no grease. The pricing could be a bit better but it's worth it to clean your sensor at least once.I'd recommend watching some videos online on how to correctly clean a sensor with a cleaning kit like this - they're short and demonstrate how to do it correctly. On a side note, the box says to use one or two drops per brush - I found that to clean off the greasy mark I had to use 3-4 drops. But there's still plenty of liquid left - even though I spilled quite a bit (don't know how, probably just accidentally squeezed too hard). It dries very fast, within a matter of seconds. Each brush comes individually sealed to make sure there's no dirt on it. Great product.

It works!! but check exact sensor size for your camera.
Very good piece of kit. I own a Fuji XT1 which had picked up a lot of debris and marks on the sensor, far more than I imagined. At one point I feared the sensor may have been permanently marked. I mainly use my camera for astrophotograpy, so any marks and very obvious and evident. The kit comes with vacuum packed cleaning swabs and a small bottle of cleaning solution. I used one side of the swab with 3 drops of solution, two swipes across the sensor with the wet side and two with the dry side and every blemish was visibly gone, the solution evaporates very quickly and leaves no smearing. I'm only marking down one star as the swab did not completely cover the sensor height wise, and fell short by as much as 4mm, obviously not all CMOS sensors are equal? It turns out Fuji use the CMOS-C sensor which is the largest. Otherwise a perfect product and worth every penny!!

Does exactly as described on the product ..Great piece of kit
Worked perfect on my Z6II Camera i had been noticing specks on my photos realized my sensor was dirty the sensor cleaner setting on my camera never cleaned my sensor so i ordered this kit worked a treat simple to use by following instruction now have crystal clear photos again..

Brilliant!
I had a smudge on my sensor and I stupidly tried to remove it with a microfiber cloth and blowing on it. Not only did I make the smudge worse but i also transferred (no exaggeration) about 100 specs of dust, no matter what I did I couldn't remove them. I used the lightroom - visualize spots on a plain white image and it looked like it was snowing.Ordered this kit which arrived next day and works even better than I imagined. It actually removed every single spec of dust off the sensor, it also removed the smudges and it looks brand new!Excellent piece of kit and worth every penny. If you have dusts or hairs, this combined with a blower is all you will ever need.5 Stars absolutely fantastic!

Does the job without leaving fibres

Cleans sensors well
I tried a similar-looking product previously. The sticks were too bendy to control deep inside the camera and the swabs were made of microscope lens cleaning tissue wrapped around the paddle and tied with a little rubber band. Lens cleaning tissue is good for most purposes but they can leave truly microscopic particles and are not very good at picking up particles from the sensor, which usually has much static attraction. I use my full-frame camera for stacking through a stereomicroscope and even a microscopic particle can leave a trail of destruction on the image, which the stacking software cannot deal with. The swab in this case is made of a microfibre material and so is able to pick up particles from a surface with a static charge. The handle is stronger, enabling better control of the motion of the swab. As for the cleaning fluid, there is unfortunately no information about its constituents. It does emphatically say that it contains no alcohol but I'm quite sure that I could smell iso-propanol (iso-propyl alcohol). If so, this is fine because iso-propanol has high purity, leaves no residue and evaporates readily. (Warning: don't use iso-propanol on lenses with optical interference coatings, since it can damage these.)The result is that the combination removed most of the contamination (which strangely seems to occur most when the camera is pointing downward) and, as usual with any cleaning system, it may take several tries before the sensor is acceptably clean; and in my case, that means microscopically clean. As for cost, it does seem a little high. Maybe if more people bought it the price would come down, though I suspect not. It would be tempting to think that one could make these swabs oneself, but these (hopefully) have been made within cleanroom conditions. After all, it would take only one very tiny particle of sand/grit to scratch your sensor - and that can never be got rid of.
