Product is average - sole company selling it provides poor customer service
The product has its uses but is not superior to other products available from Farnell/RS for less money. The main point to get across is that the sole company selling this product on Amazon are not helpful and make false assertions when things go wrong with delivery and then insist that the costs associated with those failings are the customers to bear.
