Looks like a good quality and resistant -protective.I tried on just for right knee Is going down when I trying to walk I do not know how much I could be happy with them.

Absolutely brilliant!I have to kneel quite a lot on a very cold concrete warehouse floor at work. These are ideal. Once you’ve put them on, they stay in place and don’t slide down. Nice thick padding and, so far, have not shown any signs of wearing.Recommended

These are good knee pads , but not for kneeling on decking , I needed them for laying my decking and at first they were ok , but the padding compressed quickly . I have since , cut the inside and fitted new pieces of sponge , which is now a lot better . The foam needs to be more dense for outside work .

I bought these for kneeling jobs in the house or in the garden. They really provide good cushioning for those. But also they provide gentle compression which really helps with my knee pain (have osteoarthritis and frequent meniscus tears). They actually provide better compression than all the compression sleeves I have tried. Other sleeves tend to strangle my thigh!

After precisely two months of use, I've observed significant compression of the cushioning in these knee pads. While initially comfortable for extended wear, the padding has noticeably flattened.My usage consists of approximately four 5-hour work shifts per week. During these shifts, I spend roughly one cumulative hour kneeling intermittently. Despite this moderate kneeling time, the primary cushioning in the power zone and main knee area has substantially degraded.Although the pads still offer some cushioning while kneeling, the current level of wear suggests they will soon become inadequate. Given the relatively short timeframe and moderate usage, the premature flattening of the cushioning is unacceptable. I anticipate needing replacements from a different manufacturer within the next few weeks, as the durability of this product has proven to be deficient

I have arthritic knee joints and bought the pads to protect my knees in yoga and Pilates classes. They are very substantial and the very firm padding is placed so as to support the joints on the front and sides. I wore them under some loose-fitting yoga pants: if you wear leggings, you would have to wear them on the outside as they wouldn’t fit under normal exercise leggings. I bought the smaller size as I am very slim. They pulled on easily but didn’t feel tight and didn’t move out of place. They did not restrict movement when kneeling or doing squats. I don’t know whether they will stretch out of shape with further use but at present I can’t fault them. The washing instructions say ‘wash by hand’. I don’t think it would be a good idea to put them in the washing machine because of the padding. They aren’t unobtrusive by any means but I suspect that anything less robust would not protect the knee joints as effectively as these do. I’m very pleased with them so far.
