I have tried nizoral and tar shampoo but only this one works for my oily scalp. I can’t live without this I swear. I sometimes buy it in boots which is always out of stock or also in Savers but only by chance. I found this in Amazon which is a bit cheaper but overall it’s a bit harder to find. However i need to have this in my shower cupboard otherwise my dandruff and dry scalp will always come back. It’s a bit hard for me spread the shampoo so what i do put some in a bucket and mix with water. This makes bubbles and you can spread it more in your head with smaller amount of shampoo.

Excellent prduct.Unlike so many anti-dandruff shampoos, which are very harsh and stripping, the Oilaum shampoo is so gentle.There is no discerable scent which is great for allergy sufferers.The shampoo texture produces a good foam but doesn't strip the hair of moisture.There is very little product build-up and the hair feels clean and the scalp calm and not irritated.My husband has been using this for years now and we reorder from Amazon as the price is always really competitive and its never out-of-stock.Highly recommended *****

So, I purchased this product today (12/01/22). Simple because I've used Oilatums other products for my skin, epically when my eczema is bad. I've gone through various products and wasted money on "professiosal" shampoos to help my psoriasis. Even recommended products such as E45 and T-Gel which were suggested by the eczema community. This only made my hair turn to straw, and made it smell horrible. It basically didn't do the job for me.Therefore, when I came across Oilatums version, I was more than happy to try. Particularly because it's cheap, and secondly, their other products have worked for my sensitive skin.This is day one, and I'm already seeing the results, normally it takes a week for things to clear up. But I can literally see my scalp after washing it! Which is pretty good! Please note that everyone is different, sometimes it can be quicker or longer to take effect.For those who suffer the same, I'd strongly recommend to apply it twice, then rise with hot water, not warm after 2-3 minutes. Your hair may seem knotted or straw like, only subtle. Therefore, I recommend using a good conditioner to smooth and soften that out. I use Tresemme's 'Botanique Norish & Replenish' which contains coconut oil and aloe vera. (Cruelty free).As model/actress, my scalp makes me very conscious. I hate people touching it because I don't like the comments. Especially if my psoriasis is showing on the day. So, here's to hoping that this will continue to progress with keeping my scalp fresh.

Repeat order of a product I have routinely used for a long time and with which I am very satisfied. Difficult to find in my local shops, but easy to order on Amazon with speedy delivery.

The shampoo did not work for me however it’s well priced

After getting quite stressed due to work my eczema had a really bad flair up and for the first time ever I had eczema on my scalp. I tried all sorts to try and soothe it but it was so uncomfortably itchy. I had red scaly patches that were bleeding and awful dandruff from where I was scratching.I’ve only used this twice since I got it a few days ago but it really does work. I followed the directions and did a quick wash first followed by another wash that I left on for 3-5 minutes while I washed etc. I followed up with my normal conditioner just to my ends and my head was instantly soothed. After two washes my scalp is no longer bleeding or oozing from the patches of eczema. Still a bit dandruffy but I expect that as it heals. I have now bought a second bottle to keep on hand.The bottle may only be small but a little goes a long way. The smell is nice and fresh. I was concerned it would smell like the bath oil that they do as that has quite strong smell but this just smells clean and fresh. It didn’t leave my hair feeling dry at all which I was pleased about. The shampoo it’s self is clear and has no colour to it and it lathers up really nicely and rinses easily too.Would highly recommend!
