Over the years I have heard Eric Clapton's music but never bought a cd, I decided to buy this one as it looked good, as it was when I played it

Brilliant CD of Eric Clapton , such a shame the case was cracked .

Eighteen excellent tracks from Eric Clapton, taken from different stages of his career. Various tracks from his time with Derek & The Dominos, such as Layla and from Cream such as Sunshine Of Your Love. CD also includes successful singles such as Knocking On Heaven's Door and Promises by himself

Eric Clapton, since the early 1990s, has been through many changes, ups and downs in his life and career. In his music, he got pretty mainstream. This compilation, however, focused on his incomparable guitar work from the late 1960s - and practically all essential tracks are there. From “Layla”, “Crossroads” and “Bell Bottomed Blues” to the songs from “Slowhand” album down to the mellow hit “Wonderful Tonight”. The most distinguished part of his career is documented here and serves as a great introduction to exploring his catalogue.

I have always loved Eric Clapton and Cream...when he decided not to do his gigs because the vax that was forced on him had made him ill...it affected his nervous system, and did not feel it right to force others to be vaxed. "I am not prepared to play to an apartheid audience" vowed Clapton. Therefore, I was doubly glad to get my hands on this music. Linda Willis.
