It does the job. The itching eased quite quickly, and I was able to stop using it after four days. The ideas for feedback asks for smell. I'm physically unable to comment on that.

The ointment is very effective and does work. I obtained piles post birth and was so painful and it was a quite large exterior bulging piles. Just two days of use the piles has gotten less painful each day and shrank in size. However I’m using it twice a day and if not used it I can feel some discomfort. Hopefully it will go away in time before this tube finishes. The texture of this ointment is mildly thick it will need soap to get it cleaned of after passing stool.

Good cream Helped my piles from very near first application but tube it comes in is useless. No matter how easy you go the tube starts leaking threw everywhere and boy what a mess it makes
