Every home should have one of these. If you have a frying pan which catches fire 🔥, which can easily happen if boiling water from a nearby pan falls onto hot fat, what do you do? You quickly turn off the hob and put this fire blanket over it and it quenches it immediately. Another solution is to immediately cover the frying pan with a large flat piece of metal, like a large baking sheet, but often we can’t find one quickly enough.
