great knife for this price
Got this (and the similar Hultafors craftsmans knife) for bushcraft work. Great knife, razor sharp out the box, stainless steel blade is quite highly polished, easy to keep clean. Back of the blade is also polished, not sure if this would work with a ferrosteel if you needed to use for that. Grip is hard plastic on this model, not that grippy but okay, sheath is good and secure with belt loop and notch to attach second knife/sheath if you wish. As I wrote on the Hultafors review, where I used both knives, the edge on the Hultafors seemed to hold up better, and the handle is more grippy and comfortable. But both are easy to sharpen and both would be recommended, but with only a few pence difference, the Hultafors would swing it for me.https://www.amazon.co.uk/Hultafors-RFRGH-208mm-Craftmans-Enhanced/dp/B006XCJ7LC/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8

Samurai Sword of Knives.
Don't even lLOOK at the blade on this knife-it's sharp enough to cut from a glance!I own a Mora Heavy Duty Companion knife,and I don't know if it was just that knife,or my technique,but once I'd blunted it a little bit,I tried everything to get it razor sharp again,a DC4,a combo 1000/6000 whetstone/stropping,every tip on the internet,and I cannot get it to sharpen like this knife-which rarely needs a sharpen anyway!This knife feels great,the handle is safely designed,and it cuts through wood and anything else effortlessly-it is samurai sword sharp.As other reviewers have said BE CAREFUL it is so sharp,I was making tinder from birch bark,and the knife blade merely touched me and created a small,but deep cut very easily-I'd recommend gloves when using it,or being very aware,and safety conscious.Overall,superb weight,superb blade,and perfect for bushcraft. Oh,don't wipe the blade on anything unless you want it to be cut straight through-it is that sharp.I wiped the edge of the blade on a t shirt and it cut straight through it!If you ran this over the top of a duvet,I reckon it would cut straight through it,and probably the bed underneath,too.Watch MCQ Bushcraft on Youtube-he has great tips on keeping safe when using a knife like this,or any knife.

Knife to see you....to see you...knife. (sorry Bruce)
Own other, slightly more expensive Moraknivs. Wanted this as a backup for my bug out bag. As always the quality vs price is outstanding. There are hundreds of reviews of Moraknivs scattered across the internet so wont waffle. They are cheap, they are arm hair shavingly sharp from the off. They are light but robust. They are easy to maintain with a halfway decent set of whetstones. The sheath is well made and holds the knife safely and clips securely to your belt/pack.Nuff said...I'm off to shave my legs :-}

Sturdy plastic handle and sheath
Very very sharp out of the box. Sturdy plastic handle and sheath, although the sheath isn't very flexible so not sure if it will be brittle and break if dropped from a height.This is a great knife for general handy work or camping. Will cut through most things that need cutting out in the field or garden. Probably not great for whittling or cutting down branches or trees but will go through them if you don't have an alternative - but might take some time.Very pleased. Good quality for the price. I bought two, one for the car emergency kit and one for camping.

V sharp
Came out the box very sharp, will lose its edge very quickly, that said it's fairly easy to sharpen on a good wet stone

Nice Knife.
Good price for a steady knife, was surprised how sharp it was and the belt hooked plastic sheath works really well.I enquired about the steel apparently its 12C27, so there you go."With a hardness range of 54-61 HRC, high toughness, scary sharpness and good corrosion resistance, Sandvik 12C27™ is the recommended grade for hunting knives, pocket knives, camping knives, high-end chef's knives and tactical knives."

Bargain
A lovely feeling knife that you should own at a bargain price if you are a knife enthusiast, hunter, fisherman or just someone that wants a knife to keep in the house. The plastic handle feels, well, plastic and the sheath is an effective solid plastic that can be attached to your belt.Very sharp from the packet and shaved the hairs off my arm in the test. Budget friendly and a bargain.

Clean and sharp.
This is a fantastic knife for the price. It is top quality. I keep one in each of my fishing boxes, camping bag and glove box.This knife will not let you down and while it’s too small to be classed as a bush craft knife, it’s a great little all rounder.
