I wish I'd learned of these earlier
I have a morton's neuroma - a swollen nerve between the base of toes 2 and 3 - in my right foot. The pack contains a pair of 3 different pads; one to stick on bottom of shoe, one to work with sandals and - the one I used - one with a loop that fits over toe 2 and is worn inside the sock. They're made of soft rubber filled with gel so they spread and compress. Well ... they work. The relief was instant! I was amazed. It does feel a little odd, and I don't know if I could walk miles; but certainly further than I could before. Also, because they're inside your sock, they serve when you get home, slip your shoes off, and walk around in socks. Within 5 hours the overall inflammation of the neuroma was reduced. So these may actually speed the healing. Try them. They're not that expensive and they do work.

Not suitable for Morton’s Neuroma
I used the pad that is held by the toe to hopefully alleviate pressure on the metatarsal area. I tried it on 3 occasions to give it a fair chance, the last time for about an hour whilst covering approximately a quarter of a mile whilst doing general jobs. After this time when I sat down, I experienced the most excruciating pain as yet which had me moving around on my hands and knees until painkillers took affect. What I believe is happening is that the pad actually puts more pressure on the area, exacerbating the condition.I would imagine that for other foot ailments the comprehensive kit would be beneficial and the prompt service and attention by the retailer results in me awarding 3 stars. The most beneficial item for my condition are Skechers shoes which have a very soft cushioned sole and I will also be researching and purchasing some insoles for other footwear.

Great relief from the discomfort of Mortons Neuroma
I am a relatively new runner and developed a Morton’s Neuroma quite quickly although initially assumed it was arthritis, the pads with the loop are the best item in the set and provide a great cushion and level of relief. I use in conjunction with silicon toe sleeves for best results along with massaging ibuprofen gel into the ball of my foot. I only really use when running or walking in flat shoes as this is the worst time for my Morton’s neuroma. Recommend this product for fellow sufferers. Next weekend I’m running a half marathon using them so this will be a great test.

Surprisingly effective
I have a Morton's neuroma that I've just been putting up with for several years. These gel pads were much more effective than I expected. I wore it all day everyday for a week. I noticed reduced pain when wearing it after just the first few hours. After the first week, I found I didn't need to wear it all the time, just when standing or walking a lot. Now two weeks in, the pain is largely gone, and I wear it just if I know I'm going to be on my feet all day.You quickly forget you're wearing it, though it works best under well-fitting socks.

Not what I thought, was disappointed
Soft but the piece which is meant to hold in place isn't comfortable. Especially as the person I bought them for has diabetes and very sensitive feet.Very flimsy dont look like they would last long. Going off ad I thought this would be a good product, was disappointed.

Did not work for me.
I have a Mortons Neuroma and thought I'd give these a try. Not much use for me personally. Very difficult to use a sticky pad which you have to place into your shoe and get in the correct position. The only part of this kit which I found usable is the flat jelly patch which I could use either on top or under an insole which helps splay out your toes which takes pressure off the neuroma. I won't buy again.

A great help for my painful foot.
Arrived quickly, great product. Really effective for my Morton's Neuroma. Just come back from a walk, without limping, although last week I was in a lot of pain, so yes, not a cure but helps me walk normally again. I'm really pleased. I wonder if it's possible to buy 3 of the big looped pads, I'm unlikely to use the other inserts, but even so it was worth the money just for looped pads! Thanks Penkwins!

Padded and reduces pain but move around too much, don’t stay in place
The difficulty is putting them on under socks without them bunching up, maybe they need an over the foot strap. They don’t stay in place well at all. They do work well at providing cushioning and reducing foot pain when they stay in the right place but unfortunately that doesn’t last long when you are moving either working or running
