Wow!! where have you been all my life 😜 have been using the old hand crank ones for a while until I see these and seen all the reviews on them so ordered a set and what a game changer! So quick to use and they grab really well! Definitely worth the money!

Brilliant. Bit of kit

This is a high quality item,delivering as claimed,to be a convenient way of attaching a heavy ladder to a roofrack,which is normally a chore. With these its a quick and simple operation,with the huge bonus of a locking mechanism,so no one can pinch the clamps or ladder,so no more chains and padlocks required..again all time saving. HOWEVER..you must be very carefull when locking the handle into position.If your roofrack is not a solid bar,or spans a large vans roof,the locking mechanism can very easily flex the roofrack when you lock the arm down,causing the clamp to not be tight to the ladder,and not be secured correctly.YOU MUST,pull the yellow rubber top bar,vertical with some degree of force before you lock the handle down.This then takes any flex out of the roof rack,before you push to clamp down to lock. I can easily see why some people have mentioned this in feedback..no a massive problem,but could have serious consequences to have a loose heavy ladder flying off your vehicle!

There's were recommended to me by a fellow tradesman and I'm not disappointed. I have to take the ladders on and off my roof rack dozens of times a day and this makes it so quick and easy, literally a couple of seconds per clamp. And if I'm going in a building for some time they are lockable. They are very robust and I can't see how anyone could improve on this design. Highly recommended.

The locks are well made and easy to attach and remove, very sturdy and securely holds that ladder to the rack firmly. Would recommend or buy again if needed.

After delaying and scratching my head over the cost of these....I can say after 4 months use... much quicker to use than the unwinding type. I now have a larger van and have to use a little step to reach the clamp ( ladders on passenger side) I have the levers pointing to the rear. This enables me to open/close the lever on L/H side of van. The integral locks are also quick, they fit my wide vanguard ULTI roof bars, which have not much height from roof to bar, a breeze. Update 2/2020 I have had some issues with these clamps since. They were replaced free of charge after nearly one year due to one of the levers progressively getting difficult to release and (replaced year and a half later) where the plastic cap opposite of the lock started to lift off. Rhino were good at sorting the replacements though.

Bought these because they looked secure and easy to operate. Made from what looks like a heavy duty nylon type plastic they seem strong. The locking system seems strong as well and it's very easy to clamp the ladders down. As you push the lever down they clamp downwards slightly holding the ladders nice and tight. Are they as secure as metal ones with a padlock? I personally don't think they are but would still need someone stood on your roof with a saw to get these off. For day to day and overnight security in a built up area I'm happy with them. If I was really concerned I could always put a cable lock round the ladders as well.

Ne fonctionne pas, ne tient pas bien sur le système de barres de toit et ne permet pas de tenir une échelle de manière solide et sécuritaire pour la route. De plus, pour le retour, le vendeur ne paie pas les frais de poste pour un produit défectueux.... donc à vos frais !!!!

La verdad es que es muy robusto y dificil de que te quiten las escaleras. Tiene una altura considerable incluso para 2 escaleras y es de muy buena calidad. ACONSEJABLE SU COMPRA.
