Reviewing after using the product by 10 days. It's good product as per price range. Battery lasts for more then 2 days of regular use. Sound is good, bass is heavy need to balance with equalizer. Overall very good product.

I purchased the Portronics Harmonics Z5 and unfortunately, it stopped working after some time. However, the warranty process was very smooth. I raised a complaint and the company arranged a pickup from my home. ​Even though there was a small delay, the support team kept me updated via email. I have now received a brand new replacement, and it is working perfectly. Really impressed with Portronics' commitment to their customers. Highly recommended for their service and product quality!

value for money if you are looking for rubbertip-less earphones these are good earphones only i was spectical at first but after hearing i can say these are good eatphones but ig you love bass and anc feel do not buy these expect low or no bass ata all voice clarity is 4out of 5 material is also not cheap it’s fine i bought for 650rs its great and no pain in ears surprisingly i have small ears

Pros - Good sound quality, Decent buid quality, Easy to connect, comfortable in ear, Battery backup great. Cons - some time distortion in voice during call, Rubber ear plug fall down very easily, Rubber plugs slippery in ear peace.
