Expensive for what it is, but super quality as always
My apartment have one of these pizza stones and we have the Emile Henry bread cloche. We have ended up using the bottom of the bread cloche for pizza. It's very similar. It does not let anything stick to it, heats evenly, looks handsome.My advice is to buy the cloche and you'll have a more versatile piece of bakeware for the money. It performs particularly well for sourdough and for ciabatta when heated in advance.
