Daler-Rowney Simply Acrylic Medium, Plastic Pot, 16.91oz - 500 ml, Buff Titanium

This was great - 2 coats on wood was perfect prep. for my step daughters art project.It seems to go on for ever.We have also prepared 3 large canvasses too, and its still 3/4 full.If you seal it right and clean the top before closing it will last for ages too. 10/10

This is a great primer. I used it on some canvas shoes that I then went on to paint. It has a good tooth but didn't make the shoes feel stiff or heavy. I only needed one coat and a little bit went quite a long way. It was easy to draw and paint over and the paint went on smoothly. The colours stayed vibrant and dried as expected. And it's a great price for how much you get and how long it lasts.The only thing is that the gesso isn't a bright white. The shoes I was painting were white and it looked slightly yellower in comparison. This wasn't a problem for me though as I was painting over the whole shoe, but if you're planning on leaving parts of your base uncovered just be aware of that. But otherwise a fantastic product!

Does what it should do. Nice and white and a good thickness & coverage. Doesn't dry tacky like some others I've tried and creates a nice surface to paint on.

This is a great gesso so far. I have only used it a couple of times since I got it, but I've liked it. It has a good consistency.I'm particularly fond of the bottle, bizarre as that may sound. Previous purchased gessoes have come in flat tubs with screw-on lids and I find they are prone to drying out too quickly. I have high hopes that this will last longer as my gesso usage is fairly infrequent.

Does its job well. Paints smoothly.Was an excellent primer for the Sorting Hat I was making from paper mache.

I've had a great time using this, and it's good value for the price but i would have preferred it to be a bit thicker to get more texture.

I expected this gesso to be good quality and it is! I have lots of Daler Rowney products and they are never disappointing! Recommended!

Didn't see the point of this. Bought for my kids school project, to paint plastic bottles, but found normal emulsion to be cheaper and better.

Ottimo prodotto in rapporto al prezzo; è vero che non copre tantissimo, tuttavia lascia un’ottima superficie soprattutto per il lavoro ad olio; il prodotto si stende molto bene

Love this Gesso. Goes on smooth and I am able to adjust the amount for different uses. I like the pour bottle much better than the wide mouth ones. After a couple of bad experiences with other brands, I am coming back to this one. Only problem I had was I broke the hinge on the lid but it still goes on easy and stays sealed.

Lo he usado como base para poder pintar unas cajas de cartón y el resultado ha sido totalmente satisfactorio. Igual con unas flores de papel que pinté para endurecerlas, el efecto perfecto. Encantada con el producto.

Bon produit pour recouvrir les surfaces avant le serviettage. Seul bémol, il est un peu épais et n'est pas très facile à appliquer.
