I’ve had this Bostitch 3-hole punch in my home office since 2023, and it is a total workhorse. Great for home office use. Had to replace my previous one that broke (was a different brand). It’s heavier than I expected and seems pretty sturdy. Working great so far. I like the lock ability. It’s not complicated, easy to maneuver and figure out. The wholes punch accurately…minus user error 🥴😂

I left my other Paper Hole punch out of town and just needed an economical substitute. Well, forget my other paper hole puncher. The quality is superior to most paper hole punchers. I have bought and used numerous hole punchers over 30 years and it seems there are Two Qualities: Cheap and Professional Grade This puncher is definitely "Pro Grade". Punch Accuracy is dead on center on 1 page or 20 pages....I think I've been punching more. (smh) Storage Capacity: two aspects of storage. The device itself has a convenient hole punch confetti storage container inside this hole puncher that keeps your discards contained, stays shut, even while using it and moving it. It has a trap door to open up and it discards conveniently into trash. So A+, both thumbs up and 5 stars for Design! Another quality feature I really appreciate is the locking handle. I've had numerous puncher that the lock really doesn't lock or just unexpectedly pops open while moving it one side of desk to the other. This Botitch Hole Puncher stays locked when you need it to. I bought this on sale but would definitely pay full price and would still be just as happy with the Value for thr Money on this purchase!

Has worked perfectly so far - easily handles the 20 sheet maximum. No jamming, easy punching, easy line up. It would be a solid 5 stars except the waste tray is a little tricky to open. Don't let this detract from purchasing the product however.

The paper punch arrived as scheduled and was in the original manufacturer's sturdy cardboard box, which was inside the Amazon sealed brown paper bag. It is all metal except for the plastic base that holds the punched out circles. The base stays attached securely and doesn't leak "confetti." To empty it, snap open the small flap near the front edge, turn it upside down, and shake it over a waste basket. The metal punches are designed to cut the holes gradually as you press down he handle, so it operates smoothly without the sudden jerk at the end that happens with many other punches. Not much pressure is required because the handle gives a lot of leverage. I haven't seen it jam yet. It has built-in guides for the paper. Just insert the paper into the punch so that it reaches the stops and lines up against the horizontal guide at the end. The holes are located consistently every time. There is no adjustment for the spacing of the holes, which are permanently set for standard three-hole spacing. I have found the hole positions to be accurate, and I don't have to worry about anything getting loose and getting out of adjustment. It has a high-quality appearance and feel.

Love it, worth the money. Hole punch works well and it is easy to empty the punched pieces out the bottom front. The plastic closure stays attached so you don't ever have hole punch messes because the plastic piece feel off the bottom. I was sad when my old gold hole punch broke down after many years, but this hole punch is even better.
