Use these in my shoes for work and they are perfect. Incredibly soft. My only issue is the adhesive seems to not be overly strong so if I try to just put my foot straight in my shoe my foot may push down on the shield and it'll start to either slide down, or unpeel. It just means pulling on the heel of the shoe when I slide my feet in rather that just sliding my feet in.

They are a very good size, easy to use, very sticky which is great because they stay in place, BUT once they are stuck down they are very hard to reposition. For one of my shoes, trying to reposition it actually lifted the sole material up. I found that this product did not reduce the pain I feel in the ball of my foot when I wear heels therefore, it did not seem like good value for money.

Made wedding shoes far more comfortable for the day. Stayed in place all day and stopped any blisters. Couldn't have got through without!

Haven't tried these yet but look good quality and feel very spongey

Put them in a pair of sock boots that had been very uncomfortable and I have since worn the boots twice reasonably comfortably including New Year party
