I love the design of these lamps. They look really fancy and are bigger than I expected. Real glass gives a good quality feel to the lights. I bought 2 and placed them on my wall. I was going to gut the wires and place a candle inside them however the wires are hidden underneath and don’t get in the way. Now they look even more realistic. I won’t light the candles much (mainly waiting till Christmas time) but when I do I'll be drilling a hole out for oxygen if needs be (there's 2 tiny holes at the bottom so might not need too). I'm very happy with these lights even though I don’t power them up. The came next day and was very easy to put together.It came with some medium sized screws and wall plugs to fit the lights in place. My wall has a gap where I wanted to place them so I will have to fit something in the way first. Maybe a block of wood or bricks to fill the hole in the wall. If it wasn't for the hole in the wall these would be enough to fit them.The design is made from plastic but you cant tell until you touch them. They are bigger than I expected and the real glass is a nice touch. To replace the bulb you simply unscrew the lid and it comes right off with ease.I broke a piece of glass by accident so I emailed through Amazon to see if I could buy another piece. They replied within 15 minutes and kindly sent a spare piece they had as they didn’t sell them separately. Very nice of them.

Brilliant value for money. Okay, so they are plastic … but nevertheless they look smart and won’t rust like previous lights. They are easy to install and particularly easy to assemble once the base is screened down.At less than £15 each it’s not the end of the world if you break one either !!

Great for that gothic frontage..

I bought this item 5 years ago and it has stood the test of time with no problems until I accidentally slipped and grabbed the lamp and broke the base. My fault not a manufacturing problem so I immediately bought another one which was promptly delivered the following day with everything needed including fixing screws and plugs if needed.Real glass in the lantern itself and very easy to assemble and fix.Looking forward to many more years of use again.Highly recommended.

Easy to assemble and fit, the glass inserts are a bonus compared to clear plastic, and my only surprise is that they seem smaller than I was expecting. Overall should last well, and for the money they are not bad at all.

Bought a second lamp as impressed with quality, price and delivery

We wanted some additional light by our raise pond and this fitted perfectly on the edge. It was easy to assemble and were impressed that it was real glass not Perspex that would discolour over time. Being a plastic body (very sturdy), it won’t tarnish, rust or deteriorate so no real maintenance required and still looks good. We used a dusk to dawn bulb so it does exactly what we wanted.
